In accordance with Resolution 08-20/21-CBC/URPC, the USFAC serves as a standing subcommittee of the University Resources and Planning Committee (URPC)

Co-Chairs of the USFAC shall be a faculty member, elected by the University Senate for a 2-year term, and the Vice President of Administrative Affairs. They shall be non-voting except that in the case of a tie the faculty co-chair shall vote to break the tie.
